Lofaso studied under some of the most renowned chefs and learned their advanced techniques yet she never hesitated to go against her gut desires. She quickly rose through the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago, and then went on to be a close collaborator with famous chefs in different Los Angeles kitchens. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in 2011. Through Black Market and the business partnerships she formed Lofaso found her new home. It would provide the creativity Lofaso wanted. Black Market has no one goal in mind, which is why it's that. It could start with potato chips dill, shishito chilies and then move on to a Korean Meatballs and wings. Antonia is the star in this lavish array. Lofaso evaluates her achievements on the basis of her deep knowledge of her viewers, and remains true to her personality. She's been on of numerous television shows including Top Chef Chicago, Top Chef: All Stars and Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child on The Food Network and ABC's Real O'neals. Her talents are still being showcased as a judge for the CNBC show Restaurant Startup. In 2012 Lofaso joined with Penguin to publish"The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Recipes for Quick Delicious homemade Meals, which also tells the story of the challenges she faced while attending the elite French Culinary Institute, and also raising her child Xea. Lofaso believes that the motivation that drives her success is rooted in the kitchen. It is because of this that she has a keen eyes on the pulse of.
