Christopher Peter Meloni has been an acclaimed American actor throughout his career. The actor is best known for the roles he was in "Law and Ordinance Special Victims Unit". Since his college days Meloni had a keen interest in acting. After that, he attended his home institution, the University of Colorado at Boulder. Though he has been active on both television and films however it is his roles on the small screen that gave him popularity and much fans. It is no surprise that his characters have been able to capture audiences' attention by playing characters that are either one side of the law. On his debut TV show where he played the character of a killer. Later, he was able to take on the role of an NYPD Detective. He was repeatedly recognized for his work in the highly coveted Emmy Awards, and the PRISM Awards. His piercing blue eyes his face have been deemed as the most captivating feature. These have been used to depict rough characters and make them more appealing. People's magazine listed him as one of the Sexiest Men Alive for 2006.
